Southern Eats: 4th of JULY DESSERT IDEAS

In preparation for tomorrow’s festivities, we’re talking about food... namely our beloved sweet, southern desserts!

When we think about the 4th of July in the South, so often BBQ, baked beans, watermelon, and an ice cold glass of lemonade or sweet tea come to mind. Some of us (including myself) totally overlook the usual final course... a delectable sweet treat!

So for the sake of “meal course inclusion” (lol) and thanks to our friends at Southern Living Magazine and Delish, I’m highlighting a few Independence Day themed dessert ideas!
